Review Trial Balances

Review Trial Balances lists all of the trial balance files that have been imported into General Ledger Manager. They are listed in ascending order by their date and time of import. You can click on the Import Date/Time column heading to toggle the list of trial balances for review between ascending and descending order.

The name of the trial balance, its arrival data/time on the Import Queue, its import date/time into the application, whether it has been used in master trial balance creation, and whether it is available for master trial balance creation display for each trial balance on the list.

In addition to viewing/searching the list of imported trial balances, you can do all of the following:

• Review the details of each trial balance.
• Adjust the ending balance of each imported trial balance and add a note on the adjustment.
• Download each trial balance one at a time.
• Export each trial balance to an Excel file one at a time.
• Delete each trial balance.
